As we were walking out of the movie theatre by the University Mall, Kobe spotted the largest snow hill ever.....For 2 days after the sighting, all I heard about is how they wanted to play in the mall parking lot on this snow mass.

Of course Roah turned every stick into his gun...By the time we left he had like 6 sticks plastered to his body and refusing to part with them. When I told him that they were NOT coming home with us (Because of his ever growing beaver style pile of sticks on our back patio) he agreed to go hide them if I promised we could come back soon.

)So for Christmas Eve we went to my parents house to have dinner and usual nativity program. But this year instead of my mom slaving over the stove all day, we decided to order P.F. Chang's for dinner (Best idea ever!)

Roah was obsessed with the candles and lighting them, then blowing them out, then sticking his finger in the wax. I guess he's a pyro just like his mom.

Okay, so I found this picture while looking for some ribbon today in my craft closet. Ummmm... I thought it was me when I was younger at first, but luckily it is NOT! My sister sent me a card like 6 birthdays agos with this picture on it. And the reason the card was so funny is that when I was 10 years old, my oldest sister Jenny(who was a senior in high school) took me over to one of her guy friends house(who was a sophmore) and he cut my hair like this picture. Needless to say many people made comments to my parents "Oh, you have 5 girls and 1 boy?" But I have to say the growing out stage was much worst, I refuse to post those pictures.

After I finished taking Kobe & Roah's pictures, we got in the truck to leave and I looked behind me to back up. And what do I see but my crazy boys hanging up-side-down in the back seat. It was too funny for me to get mad.

I had their mini hummer in the back of my truck to throw away because it didn't work anymore. And my boys ran down the foothills faster, and beat me to the truck. When I got there, they are in the back of the truck chillin and being crazy in the hummer.

My boys were so excited to see the snow this morning when they woke up. Kobe wanted to make a snowman before school and Roah said he wasn't going to school today. (OKAY, no!) But Kobe's excitement over the snow reminded me of, when we lived in California. I always think I have the BEST ideas, and 75% of the time they don't turn out the way I planned. I always want to paint my walls, but never think I have the time. But after ruining our master bathroom with "Brianne-mixed-paint" over TWO YEARS AGO, I finally bought paint and painted our bathroom. Not a big paint project until I started just putting brush strokes of paint on my bedroom walls, and now it's turned into a huge project. So much for my great ideas.....

Okay, so let me just tell EVERYONE about all the retarded quirks about me.

(Like most don't already know)

#1 - I have this fear of people thinking I'm lazy. So a lot of the time I will make sure that I have done more than them that day. So I'm able to say "Oh you've done that today, top this." Okay I really am not that rude but in my mind there is a definite fear of being the one who has done the least or not being a team player.

#2 - It bothers me a little, when people have the same first name as me. I really don't know why, but I hate the feeling of hearing someone call your name and come to find out their NOT talking to you. Drives me crazy!

#3 - I LOVE to play pranks on people. It truly is one of the funniest things to do. When I run, I really will try to come up with the best pranks. But on the flip side to that I loved to get pranked also. It keeps life interesting. ( And I will always get the upper hand.) But I hate when people say they love to prank and they can dish it out, but not willing to take it.

#4 - I'm the biggest procrastinator ever! In my mind I honestly believe that I can almost get anything done in a small amount of time. So, I will start at 8:30am Sunday morning getting my kids ready, myself ready, checking my blog, e-mailing, doing the dishes, trying on shoes that I haven't worn in a long time deciding if I like them more now, ironing 3 outfits, and making sure that all my T.V. shows are tevo'd, when church starts at 9:00am (I really believe that I can do it in that time).

#5 - I have to iron everything! Even for my boys. And yes I have many times ironed their underwear. I don't know what it is about cloths being wrinkly, but they look so much better ironed. And I refuse to wear a pair of jeans that have not been ironed. Yes, I'm crazy!

#6 - Every Saturday morning Owen will go get doughnuts for himself and the boys. And every Saturday morning he asks me if I want one. Any every Saturday morning I say,"No thanks, I for sure DO NOT WANT A DOUGHNUT!" And he will bring back doughnuts and keep them on the counter in the kitchen. And every Saturday he will go to get another doughnut and all of the frosted tops of the doughnuts are eaten off. And every Saturday morning he we have a discussion about how if I want a doughnut then I need to tell him I want a doughnut. And how it's not okay to eat the tops of the doughnuts and leave the rest there. He He He

Last night Mallory, Marcee, and I went to listen to our friend's band play at the Velour. Cory Mon and the Starlight Gospel were amazing! They will be coming out with their third CD in December and I would recommend their music to anyone.

Track Day

For Owen and his brother Lui, track day at Miller Motorsports Park is like Christmas morning for children. So for Owen's birthday I gave him a track day. They left at 6:00a.m. and hauled their motorcycles to Tooele. There, they get to ride their bikes as fast as they want around the 4.5 mile track til 5:00p.m. And seriously it is their favorite thing to do. (I think they pretend like their real motorcycle racers.)

The boys LOVE to go watch their dad ride his motorcycle. Roah is helping Owen put on his gloves, and just wishing his mom would let him have a motorcycle.

We went to California last week for the AMA motorcycle races. It was amazing!!! T.V. does it NO JUSTICE! I loved it as well as the boys and of course Owen. Owen looked like a little boy on Christmas morning. Perma-Grin the entire 2 days of races. We bought hats for Kobe and Roah to get signed by the racers, and as you can see Roah did just that as well as sign his name on the top of his hat. Our conversation started,

ME: Roah why did you sign your name on your hat?

ROAH: It's not fair that all the racers get to sign my hat, and not me!

He's got a point.

Kobe with Josh Herrin. Josh was so friendly, he even promised Kobe his helmet if he won the race. He took third to Kobe's disappointment.

Roah's Idol and favorite racer, Tommy Hayden. Anytime Kobe and Roah are playing motorcycles, Roah is Tommy Hayden and Kobe is his brother, racer Nicky Hayden.

Owen and his brother Lui. Both have motorcycles and were in HEAVEN the entire races. (Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary. He He He)

Roah 1st Day at Kindergarten

Roah started Kindergarten on Monday, and to get him ready that morning to and get him to the bus stop was like WWIII! I think he had a lot of anxiety about started school, but it took both Owen & I dealing with him to get him to the bus on time. But we made it and Roah did really well on his 1st Day of Kindergarten.

Luckly Roah has Kobe to help him on the bus and take him to his class at school. Kobe is seriously the best big brother to Roah.

Kobe's soccer season has begun and he is so excited. Soccer is for sure his favorite sport and he takes it extremely seriously.

Kobe is pretty aggressive and as you can tell, doesn't back down even to boys a whole head taller than him.

All these little guys are pretty good players. But I get way to involved in their game. I swear I almost lost my voices just cheering from the side lines. I'm for sure the loudest mom.

School already? I seriously was emotional as I walked Kobe to the school bus this morning . He was so excited to start school (and to wear his new shoes.)

Yesterday morning we went to a birthday breakfast for our sweet little neighbor Molly. And while we were there I was informed school starts MONDAY! Last year school started on a Wednesday, and I guess in my head I just kept thinking this Wednesday was the first day of school. (I even went to back-to-school night on thursday, and it didn't register. I know what your thinking crazy, bad mom. I feel that way too.) And I have to say I'm not ready for summer to end. I'm so sad my boys will be gone during the day and I will miss them so much.

My sweet little Roah is starting kindergarten this year. I'm seriously so sad my boys are growing up and that I can't hang out with them everyday. No kids at home? And I know what the next question is after you hear that. What will you do with all your time? Ummmmmm........ I don't think I'll have any problem filling up my time, just missing my boys!

Second grade for Kobe, and he is so excited to start school and play soccer at recess with all his friends. I wish I were as excited as he is about school starting.

Ellery Robison's brother Cassidy races Supermoto. She and Greg went to watch him at the X-Games in LA. While there, they met 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden (he is Owen's idol). Greg and Ellery were nice enough to get Nicky's signature on Owen's motorcycle jacket (Owen's bike and jacket are the replica of Nicky Hayden's race bike). They tricked him into thinking they weren't able to have Nicky sign it, then showed up last Monday night with it signed, "2 Owen, Nicky Hayden #69). Owen's been in Heaven ALL WEEK!

Owen went out with his brother Lui to Miller Motorsports Park in Toelle to ride their motorcycles for a track day. His friend Greg was nice enough to take photos (thanks Greg!). Greg even got in trouble because he got too close to the track (but that's another story). And can I tell you is Owen was in heaven.

Firework Jumping

Okay, so for sure we are retarded for trying to jump over the fireworks, but it all started when I started dating Owen. Owen and his brother use to get on their roller blades and skate over the fireworks. Now we have "progressed" to jumping. I know, not a good example, but Kobe and Roah know they can't try 'till after their missions, he he he!

Fun Fourth

The fourth was so fun this year and so relaxing. We went swimming, had a BBQ, soccer game, and fireworks. We found out Roah is quite the pyro. He LOVES fire! (We are in big trouble.) Fourth of July is my favorite holiday.

Grandpa Lui's New Name

Grandpa Wolfgramm has been called to be a bishop where they live in Hawaii. He is such a wonderful man and we are so blessed that he is our father and grandpa. When I told Kobe and Roah about the great news, Roah acted a little annoyed. I asked him what was wrong and he replied with "I don't like his new name Bishop! I like Grandpa Lui better!" Kobe and myself busted up laughing and then Kobe said "Roah you should be on the funny show." (What t.v. station is the funny show on?)

The day finally arrived for my sister Kristin's wedding. I really don't think she could have found someone more perfect for her than Patrick. He truly is a male version of Kristin, and we are so excited he is part of the Minster clan.

Owen hates taking pictures! So when I caught him off guard and had Mallory there to hurry and snap the picture, there was not much he could do.

My sweet boys! I entertained them at the wedding dinner by taking pictures of us over and over and over again. All in all such an amazing day, LONG DAY, but amazing.

Owen's Small Obsession

Owen went to Toelle this past weekend for the bike races. He was in heaven and will be going back the end of this month to the race track to ride his own bike on the track (whatever floats his boat).

Kobe's Race

The much anticipated field day was this week, and Kobe was pumped about it. Those of you that don't know Kobe very well, he is extremely competitive (don't know where he got that from.) Grades 1st - 3rd ran the mile, and Kobe is more of a sprinter than a distance runner. But he wanted to win so bad he just kept on pushing himself harder. And he did really well, he came in 6th place overall.

"I think I'm dying Mom, I think I'm dying. I hate running that far!"

Roah so proud of his big brother, but tried to steal his ribbon twice.

Overall Kobe was happy with his performance, and I'm sure he would do it again.

I looked out the window and saw Roah and his friend Noah riding in Noah's little jeep. Then I saw Kobe sneaking up behind them.

Kobe jumped on the back without Roah or Noah knowing. And both boys couldn't understand why the jeep wasn't going very fast all of a sudden.

But as always when Kobe plays pranks (yes, he gets that from me) he was caught by his giggling.

Kobe thinks he is so funny. Which I have to say, I was laughing pretty hard.

And Roah thinks his big brother is pretty funny to.

Roah's Preschool Graduation

Roah graduated from preschool today, and it made me kinda sad that my baby is growing up. I can't believe how the 5 years have flown by and that Roah will be in kindergarten in the fall.

Dane, Chet, and Roah a.k.a. The Three Stooges

Roah doesn't like being in front of a lot of people. And so when he walked in and saw all the parents there, He wasn't very happy. I'm actually surprised that he didn't run out of the room.

Roah said about his friends after looking at this picture. "I like Dane because he makes funny noises and does my homework for me. I like Kasha because she is kinda one of my favorite. And I like Chet because he's never mean, he does what I tell him to do, and that he calls me Rola." What a crazy boy!

Quite a Scare

Our Sweet Kobe gave us quite a scare this past Monday. Monday night I recieved a call at work. It was Owen and all he said was "Come home now, Kobe has fallen." I really think I got home in a record time of 6 minutes as opposed to the 12-15 minutes it usually takes me. Kobe and Roah had been riding their bikes and Kobe accidentally crashed his bike and hit his head on the road. He was knocked out for appro. 2 minutes and when he came to, could not remember what day it was or anything that had happened in the past 2 weeks. He could still remember names, but other than that nothing. We raced him to the E.R., had a Cat scan done, and the results came back good with no bleeding or anything of that nature. When we got home Kobe just wanted to sleep and was so tired. He began throwing up about a half hour after we got home from the E.R.. I slept on the couch with him all night, afraid he wouldn't ever wake up (paranoid mother, I know.) Tuesday morning he was still throwing up but doing do much better. And now he is acting like the good old Kobe we knew.

He has some battle wounds from the fall which he usually have a million band aids on them. But Kobe is quite a tough kid.

Roah has stayed by Kobe's side, even when Kobe falls asleep. Roah just brings out his D.S. and lays right by Kobe. They are truly best friends.

Birthday for Roah

Roah turned the big 5 on April 25th. I really cannot believe my youngest is 5 already. We had his birthday party at the Quarry Rock Climbing Center in Provo. And after 2 pictures my camera went dead. But it was quite a treat having six 4-5 year old's rock climbing. Roah was definitely not scared at all and went on the highest walls there.

He got a skateboard this racing jumpsuit( the cute red one he has on and still will not take off).

Realized it was a lot harder to skateboard than he thought. At least he is wearing his helmet.

He was waiting outside for Owen to get home from work, so Owen could take him on a motorcycle ride around the block so everyone could see him in his new red jumpsuit.

Easter Egg Hunt

We went to the annual Apple Grove Easter Egg Hunt saturday afternoon. And as you can see my boys slowly walked to the egg hunt. I remember being so excited to do anything like a easter egg hunt when I was their age. It almost killed me with excitement going to McDonalds when I was their age. When the egg hunt was about to begin I could not find them and I was looking everywhere, and of course found them over playing soccer.
During the egg hunt Roah didn't want to pick up his own eggs claiming and of course yelling, "Mom!!! Pick up the eggs!!! I don't like to bend over and I think my leg is broke!!! Hurry and get the good ones!"

For some reason Roah believed that I would do what he said, as I stared at him motionless. None the less he got plenty of eggs. And for Kobe everything is about being first, so needless to say he was happy with how fast he gathered all his eggs.

One of Kobe and Roah's favorite past-times is the tramp-o-line. It's the best place for "play fighting!" But of course, someone always ends up crying because Roah drop-kicked them or knee'd them in the stomach. What can I say, he is definitely my child............. As you can see both of my boys are going for the "Katie Holmes Cruize" hair. Kobe wants his hair long for soccer season and Roah just hates haircuts all together (I pick my fights with him). Before long people will think he is from the islands!

Kobe really wants to ride motorcycles (as you can tell by the motorcycle helmet he wears instead of a normal bike helmet). He tries all these tricks on his bike and is actually pretty good. I'm definitely the bad parent for not letting my boys have a motorcycle yet. Maybe we'll start with a four-wheeler first......... eventually.

Roah learned how to ride his bike with no training wheels. He kept on saying to me, "Mom, I already know how to ride my bike without training wheels." I would laugh because I knew he didn't but the way he said it was so confident. It was as if he was thinking I was so dumb for not knowing that! So Owen took off his training wheels. All it took was 2 tries and he was riding. But now he wants a real motorcycle and claims he is going to race motorcycles in the MotoGP when he gets off his mission. We'll see...
